• Allow 15 minutes for the experience - including 5 minutes shoot.

• Arrive promptly on time - if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, you risk losing your spot.

• Cancellations - All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee:

  • if you cancel more than 7 days out you will receive a full refund, less processing fee.

  • if you cancel within 2-7 days of booked session you will receive 50% refund less processing fee. ($32.50)

  • There are NO refunds within 48hrs of booked session, or for no-shows on the day.

• Sessions will go ahead regardless of the weather, unless conditions are extreme (high winds or heavy rain). Given the weather’s unpredictability, a decision will be made at 10am that day and you will be notified via email & SMS if it is being rescheduled.

• Alternate, date in case of reschedule will be either Sunday 16th or 23rd November, depending on the forecast.

Sessions will be held in 5 minute intervals between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday 1st November.

These Santa in the Mountains sessions are held in Springwood, in the Lower Blue Mountains. Exact location will be revealed upon booking.

• There is street parking and a 2-5 minute walk down a bush track to where Santa will be. Please be considerate of the residents on the street when you park.

• Please note, the lookout isn’t fenced, so you will need to hold the hands of littles if they’re inclined to run.

• Please also be mindful of wildlife.

• The nearest public toilets are located in the Hub (Library) or at the carpark on Macquarie Road in Springwood, about 5 minutes drive away.

Don't worry, you are in good hands! Because we are outdoors in an open, relaxed environment rather than an overstimulating shopping centre, kids don't feel so trapped or put on the spot. Santa is exceptionally gentle and experienced with little ones. We can have parents join the photo, let your child wave from a comfortable distance, or start by saying hello to Santa together until they feel secure. We’ll capture sweet, natural moments no matter how they feel on the day!

It will take up to 2 weeks to receive your digital gallery. I will do my best to get them to you ASAP!

Yes! Your images will be delivered in high resolution.

I have my Working with Children’s Check and have been granted council approval to use the space.

The lookout is not a part of the National Park, so doggos are welcome, as long as they’re kept on a lead.

As there will be others with dogs, please make sure your dog is good with other dogs.
