Sessions will be held in 10 minute intervals between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Sunday 9th November.

These Santa in the Mountains sessions are held in Springwood, in the Lower Blue Mountains. Exact location will be revealed upon booking.

• Full payment required at booking. If payment hasn’t been received that day, due to demand your time will be released to someone else.

• 5 high resolution digital images, with different poses/people combinations (whole family, siblings, etc.), of your choice, downloadable via online gallery.

• Personalised online gallery to download and share images

• Recommended for up to 6 people (children + adults)

• Allow 15 minutes for the experience - including 5 minutes shoot.

• Arrive promptly on time - if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, you risk losing your spot.

• Cancellations - All cancellations will incur a $20 processing fee:

  • if you cancel more than 7 days out you will receive a full refund, less processing fee.

  • if you cancel within 2-7 days of booked session you will receive 50% refund less processing fee. ($32.50)

  • There are NO refunds within 48hrs of booked session, or for no-shows on the day.

• Sessions will go ahead regardless of the weather, unless conditions are extreme (high winds or heavy rain). Given the weather’s unpredictability, a decision will be made at 10am that day and you will be notified via email & SMS if it is being rescheduled.

• Alternate, date in case of reschedule will be either Sunday 16th or 23rd November, depending on the forecast.

There is street parking and a 5 minute walk down a bush track to where Santa will be.

Please note, the lookout isn’t fenced, so you will need to hold the hands of littles if they’re inclined to run.

Please also be mindful of wildlife.

The nearest public toilets are located at the carpark on Macquarie Road in Springwood, about 5 minutes drive away.

The sessions are 5 minutes long, however there is a bit of a buffer between sessions. Please let me know if you feel your little one may need to take a bit to warm up and we can do our best to get the best for your fam.

If need be, Santa can stand to the side or behind.

It will take up to 2 weeks to receive your digital gallery. I will do my best to get them to you ASAP!

Yes! Your images will be delivered in high resolution.

I have my Working with Children’s Check and have been granted council approval to use the space.

The lookout is not a part of the National Park, so doggos are welcome, as long as they’re on a lead. Please notify me if you’re bringing your furry family member.
